Acceptable use
Mail reputation is shared infrastructure. These baseline rules protect recipients, RedX members, and the ability of legitimate messages to arrive.
No unsolicited bulk mail
The service may not be used for purchased lists, address harvesting, deceptive campaigns, repeated unsolicited messages, or mail sent without a lawful and meaningful recipient relationship.
No abuse or evasion
Phishing, credential theft, malware delivery, impersonation, harassment, illegal exploitation, account resale, automated account creation, and attempts to bypass service limits are prohibited.
Responsible automation
Automated sending must use approved interfaces, accurate identity information, reasonable rates, working unsubscribe controls when applicable, and authentication aligned with the sending domain.
Enforcement
RedXDevelopment may throttle, quarantine, suspend, or terminate activity that threatens users, recipients, infrastructure, or deliverability. We aim to distinguish compromised accounts and mistakes from deliberate abuse while acting quickly when harm is ongoing.
Send reports with full message headers and a concise description to support@redxaimail.com. A dedicated abuse address will be published before public mail activation.
